Return Policy


Merchandise Return Policy for Kern Style

At Kern Style, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality, custom products tailored to your specific needs.  However, we understand that sometimes things don’t turn out as expected. Please read our return policy carefully to understand our guidelines for returns and exchanges.

  1. Custom Product Returns

Since all our products are made to order and customized to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that are specially made to order based on your unique preferences.


  1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective or does not match your order (e.g., wrong design, wrong size), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.  We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.  Please provide photos of the defective or incorrect item to help expedite the process.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


  1. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or report a defective item, please email our customer service team at info@kernstyle.com with the following information:


  • Order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Our team will respond with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.


  1. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.                                                                                                              

  1. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product due to a defect or error, please follow the return process above.  We will send you a replacement item once the return is confirmed.


  1. Exceptions
  • We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • If you change your mind about a customized product after placing the order, we unfortunately cannot process a return or cancellation due to the made-to-order nature of the product.
